About TM Custom Carvings

Hello, my name is Taylor White and I am a professional chainsaw carver located in the beautiful state of Maine. My job is to bring my customers dreams to life. Each carving that I have done has been so much more than just a carving, each piece has its own personality and its own unique story.

I have always loved art, animals, nature, and working with my hands...making this literally my dream job. I actually went to school in New Hampshire and graduated with my bachelors in Nursing. I worked for several years as a RN on a ventilator unit throughout the COVID pandemic. In 2022 I found myself in a life draining routine and needed a drastic change, so I made the bold decision to leave the field of nursing and start a new chapter as a chainsaw carver. Wild right!?! Through hard work and countless hours behind the saw I was able to build TM Custom Carvings into what it is today.

It was not a smooth nor easy journey, but I am so thankful to have finally found my calling! I am also thankful to all my customers that have trusted me with their carvings and their stories. That trust is what has allowed me to continue to grow as an artist and continue doing what I love each and every day!
