This minimum increase will open up more time for freedom carving and larger opportunities. By checking this box, you are confirming that you understand wood sculptures are created out of a beautiful, living, and unpredictable medium. Most carvings will experience some variation of cracking as part of the natural drying process. I try my best to read the log and place the areas more vaulnerable to cracking towards the back of the sculpture, but wood tends to do what it wants. Hairline cracks are to be expected and embraced. Wood sculptures are not for everyone, and that's okay.
